VIP FOR CALENDAR USERS REQUESTS!
If you need to have an event entered to the calendar, do the following:
- Contact the Web Administrator to request an EVENT be posted into the Calendar Page.
- Once we create the EVENT we will give you proper Rights, where you the Coordinator will be able to read all those who are signing up and those who already have signed up.
- Use the contact form in the Contact page to email us, at the Contact link, then email us: firstname.lastname@example.org

When Emailing please use a good Email (photos, event, dates of event, questions, etc.) subject line/heading so we can properly categorize your information in an expeditious manner.
If you are sending photos, the Email subject line (heading) should say photos or something close to what the Email is about. The Email body should have some type of proper photo caption for each of the photos supplied or an explanation of your intent and purpose for the email. This will be most helpful, and please supply your contact information in case we have questions about your email.
All emails will be read and some will be answered.
